the next allied air general should be Arthur Harris ( bomber or butcher ) , the general who bombed the germans so hard in ruhr
his stats : 4 stars air , 2 mobility , zero stars at everything else
skills
1. carpet bombing : uhm.. i need to explain ? , he preference area bombing than target bombing
2.aviation fuel lv2 : no need to explain
3. air force cluster

: harris pull out alot of airplanes to bomb so this should fit for him
price : 800 medals
