This Verci isn't a joke. He hits very hard and super tanky. New banner is a great buff for Verci.  I'm beginning to like this guy more and more, he even was a permanent member of the team to clear the scourge of god campaign. However, I would never give him these high quality items  Belisarius has already appropriated them. |

Did items and skills percentage accumulated together? if yes then Belisarius will have 50% chance to Critical Hit on each of his attack Critical %: - Dragon Tripod: Always High Morale and HP Regen - Assault Lv 5: add Crit % by 25% if Morale is High
- Golden Spear: Add 24 attack and Crit % by 15% - Banner of Apollo: Maxed banner gives 10% Crit if General commanding a Cav unit
so if these are accumulated then Belisarius will have 50% chance of crits for each of his attack. I can somehow confirm that i've seen Belisarius crits at least 10 times in a campaign after this set up, while other Gens only crits once in awhile. and i've seen him crits 3 times continuously in one turn (Decisive Battle) because of his Cav Commander and Heavy Cav perks. So yeah, i think i'm comfortable with Belisarius as my best non-IAP Cav General.

Yeah, 50% percent of probability is a fairly reasonable chance. Don't forget that there's also something like 5 percent of probability that our attack will be critical even without any additional talents and equipment. So, it is 55% percent in total. None of other of ET games provides us with such high crit rate probability. Huo has even higher probability to crit than Belisarius, but Belisarius' skills are better. |

Crassus has an advantage in that he is also a competent cavalry general. So he can be slot in when you need more cavalry generals and lack other options.
