Q1. Will Challenge Mode end once we complete level 10? Q2. It it ends, can we play it again, even after level 10 and get more crates? Q3. If I surrender a Challenge Mode level, will the level get tougher?

Q1. Will Challenge Mode end once we complete level 10? Q2. It it ends, can we play it again, even after level 10 and get more crates? Q3. If I surrender a Challenge Mode level, will the level get tougher? Q1. No. You can keep playing this mode to farm crates. Q2. Lvl 10 is the max difficulty, but there are extra difficult lvl 10 battles (the naval battles). You can get more crates, but this cannot exceed the three open slots at any one time. Q3. No. There is a progression bar with points. At lvl 10, winning gives +160 points, but losing or surrendering gives -80 points. If you go be low the minimum of 0 points in the bar for lvl 10, you'll be knocked down to lvl 9 which is easier. It's how I fight easier battles from time to time.

I'll like to elaborate on the 3rd part from experience.
Every challenge map has 3 variations, from easy to hard.
To give an example, on easy, you may meet manstein on an armoured car, on medium, a tank, and finally on a heavy tank.
We must also take note that the game usually gives you a different map if you fail on the same map twice in a row.
As such, if you meet manstein on a heavy tank and surrender, the game might give you the same map, but with manstein on a armoured car now. If you fail that too, they'll change the map, perhaps into a naval battle, or just something else entirely.
In short, yes surrendering does make it easier, without having to drop a full challenge level
