Yes, in fact if you have 5 skills there's a chance that all of them could trigger at once

sometimes Blitzkrieg + Rumor, Leader skills + rumor etc.

is it possible to trigger 2 skills at once like rumour and blitzkrieg? Yes, it is. It's just that only one of them is displayed. But I definitely noticed enemy's morale going down (rumor) quite a few times when Guderian' PL triggered, for example. |

If your guderian has Plain Fighting + Rumour lvl 5+ BlitzKrieg lvl 5 with the medal+ Armoured Assault+ Panzer Leader lvl 5 with medal. Huge chance all 5 trigger at the same time
