Govorov is my favourite, he is the best Allied artillery general (Leeb is probably better overall), I also like his real life exploits in the siege of leningrad.

On Paper, Govorov is vastly superior. But I don't find much difference when I use Badoglio.

Chiukov still carries me pretty well on alies side, but still will probably get Govorov next
