There are many articles posted, which glorifying Victoria and Dobbeln as a extremely good infantry generals, but I haven't seen any comparation of this two.

There are many articles posted, which glorifying Victoria and Dobbeln as a extremely good infantry generals, but I haven't seen any comparation of this two. As the damage formula (posted by Erich von Manstein ) shows, Infantry Tactics is a bad skill. Assault Art is unpredictable, but on the long run it works out to dish more per turn than Inf Tactics. Defense Art is Glitched to not work for your own generals, so the difference between Victoria and Dobeln is Assault Art vs Infantry Tactics. And since Assault Art>Infantry Tactics, Victoria>Dobeln. Also note that Victoria comes with Navy Stars, which are immensely valuable in Sun Never Sets.

If you s&l, Victoria is the best infantry general. If you don't, Victoria is still better than Dobeln because it is Assault Art+Defense Art+5 Training vs. Infantry Tactics. Dobeln has 5 stars infantry, so Infantry Tactics=0. Victoria is definitely better.

But the chance... We all know how easytech chance works.

If it isn't Glitched, then Victoria had even more of an advantage.

So if you use Radetzky, don't skip enemy's turn and change speed to 1(slowest). You should save before enemy attack you, then load again and again until you see Defense Art.
