This is probably one of the harder missions to perfect in 1942. However, it can be quite complex to clear it by itself.
Tech should be above level 2 for everything.
Generals used: Guderian, Kuribayashi (can use Yamashita), Leeb, Ozawa, and Model.
Part 1:
Blitzing by Borneo
Get SFs on your units. You won't be needing that money anytime soon.
Have your carrier and cruiser (with Ozawa) attack the objective city. Move straight towards it with you land units and try to capture it as soon as possible.
Capture the objective and get a paratrooper (with the reinforcement infantry). Land the paratrooper on the eastern island and capture the economic stuff there.
Part 2:
Rush Hour
Soon, your allies will do their share in Borneo and start to attack the westernmost objective. Your 1 allied ship will allow you to move the the next objective in Java without being hindered by visibility. Rush down there, don't mind the losses, just move south and get the city in 8 turns or less. Use Ozawa to kill units or shell the fortifications a bit.
You may want to attack weak ships with airstrikes, and you may want to use that paratrooper to capture the airport in wester Borneo, it may reach the westernmost objective.
Rack up kills fast, or else you won't be perfecting this.
Part 3:
Battle for Jakarta
Kill all units around Jakarta, but hold of capturing it until you can perfect the campaign, as capturing it will end the campaign if it's the last objective (it probably is). Spawn an armored car in and use it to capture Eastern Java.
Use the airport in Jakarta to great effect. Destroy the enemy in Sumatra and when 15 turns have past or you have done other objectives, get Jakarta for a perfect clear.
