I have around 560 medals and I want: Either and archer General - Mithridates VI -Octavian -Cleopatra... I guess? Or items -your suggestions I guess I currently possess Infantry: OP Pompey, Ma Boy Labienus and Tanky Vergi Archers: Drusus and my commander (lvl 2 besiege, lvl 1 advantage, lvl 3 archer commander, lvl 4 siege) Cavalry: Pacorus I, Anthony and Belisarius Oh, yeah... I still haven’t completed Master of Germania

Mithridates VI could be very useful.

As mentioned, Mithridates VI is a great archer general, possibly the best excluding IAPs. Cleopatra will be really useful in decisive battles, particularly 2 in the Sicilian battle. It's better to focus on generals than items really, tho the spear that gives 24 atk and crit and the crown are ones that really improve gameplay. I would mention how I tried making my commander into an archer general, and I must say I find that it's not optimal fielding him in the archery role.

I think you can substitute for now with cheap coin equipment. When you have your core of probably 2-3 of every troop class, you can start to invest in equipment and even Rank and skills.
Mithridates is the best of the three for this part of the game. Octavian is good. Cleopatra can be bought specifically for the Sicily Decisive Battle and some Daily Missions.

This is my commander Those are my skills left. You may understand that a cavalry guy is left out of the way. Is there a good combination I good get while keeping siege maybe? The sad thing with changing skills is that you loose them... RIP all my archer commander

Nhyjj, Like usual, for cav commander, just copy Hannibal's skillset but remove charge. Basically, Cavalry Commander, siege, Guerrilla and Assault. My Cavalry commander has that but instead of Guerrilla he has march, which is great for conquests and moving around, but can be a headache in decisive battles when i use him to farm medals due to moving away from allies and getting surrounded and probably killed. So yeah, either go ultra-offensive with march, or be more rounded with Guerrilla. Also he'd prefer the banner of Apollo if you go for the cavalry route. The infantry route is also a valid route, tho going cavalry is the way to go. For scrolls, doesn't matter in the long run, you can get some from decisive battles, and we can farm medals semi-consistently. Around 150+ medals per day i think, i dunno if someone did the math on it.

Deleted , this afternoon (for a reference, it’s 7:50 AM in Montreal), I’ll try different types of commander (cloud saves LET’S GOOO). Will surely post the new one here. Nobunaga Oda , thx for the poll, idk what’s happening, why I can’t post any. I’ll keep the thread up for a little longer, but as expected Mithridates VI is the chosen one. After that I’ll go for cleopatra... or maybe the new General from scourge of god if he’s out before that. He kinda fits with my use of navy in conquest.

I would say Octavian or Mith. Oct has better skills, but Mith has an Extra star and a better talent.

Deleted , two week (close to at least) update. I definitely do not regret creating this bad boy. He is close of, if not already, replacing Anthony as my second best cavalry General (Belisarius being almost unbeatable) I appreciate your tips as they carried me to the last Han’s invasion of Parthia’s mission. Don’t worry Nobunaga Oda, you’re doing a great job too.

Nobunaga Oda gives advice to multiple ET games, so he's definitely the more experienced one
