i'm at a stage now where i only have modern war left to do and i'm currently farming 1980 conquest for wonders and tech upgrades. Is arnold worth getting to speed up conquests? i use a lot of airstrike and missiles in mid and late game, i don't really spam units to take cities. I'm assuming arnold would increase damage output of air bombing? also how do air generals work? what units do you put them on and how do you benefit from their air damage. Do you need to move them close to a city so when you do airbomb it deals more damage?

Anyways, Air generals can be put in carriers, units in a city with airport. ANY UNIT is good, but more suggest what unit they have stars on. yes you need to have them in city for airbombing. note you need to put anti-air for the city. |

But crossfire can be used, too. he will just die with Crowd Tactics. |

nah cross fire is useless, literally no point of doing counterattack damage when arnold does little damage anyway - he is only there to increase air damage
cross fire is probably one of the worst skills in the game, whereas crowd tactics is one of the best

nah cross fire is useless, literally no point of doing counterattack damage when arnold does little damage anyway - he is only there to increase air damage cross fire is probably one of the worst skills in the game, whereas crowd tactics is one of the best Arnold must be nowhere near the frontlines. His speed can make him transport cities easily. If you want get Dowding his Economic Expert kinda helps. But, overall, Arnold has Rumor level 4 so i suggest you get him. If those pesky Terrorists decide to attack him, do not worry as his rumor will demoralize the enemy. |

With your current lineup you can chose between Arnold or Dowding. If you still need help with campaign, so rumor, get Arnold. If not, get Dowding. He is critical for many 1* conquests.
