Up to now, I (and many others) thought the Defense Art skill was glitched. On a tip from Wang, who said that Defense Art only works for a defending unit (and Assault Art only works for an attacking unit). I tried it in my HRE 1798 Conquest (going for Lan) and indeed, my Radetzky's Defense Art triggered during an AI turn. I haven't experimented with Assault Art, but I presume Wang is also right there since I've never seen a defending unit have assault art trigger. This knowledge makes Victoria, Kutuzov, Bagration, Jackson ( ) Radetzky ( ), Dombrowski, Raevsky, and Wilhem III seem stronger

Dombrowski is a very good general. But you have to buy the flags.

You forgot Kosciuszko! Oops! That would make Kosciuszko one of the best econ generals if you put items on him.

Because Eco Expert +40%, Encyclopedia +50%, Eco Master +80%, Napoleonic Code +100%. And no equipment can take place of Architecture.
