George Rudi , TBH long ago I also had crowd tactics on my Konev, but switched it after your tip and realized that this was really a waste yes same, i upgraded it to level 3, and i did some invasions then i upgraded Guderian's Panzer leader. It was a waste like you said |

I gave my Konev crowd tactics. But I haven’t upgraded it.Probably I will swap with explosive later.

So,I should upgrade Nimitz with Rumor and Wolf pack to be effective in late game? I would probably recommend Rumour. Wolfpack isn't SUPER useful, it's situationally useful but cruisers have so much health that you probably won't die unless you get surrounded by triple subs or something anyway Imo, Wolfpack is only second to Rumour on navy. 12 medal invasions are almost impossible wkthout Wolfpack and navy moves often together anyways. |
