What is the best infantry general and cavalry general

My personal top 5 exluding Commander and IAPs (I know this is kind of off topic) would be:

Infantry:
1. Vercingetorix (Pompeius has worse damage and survivability, he only wins in mobility and the Golden Feather can fix that)
2. Pompeius
3. Crassus
4. Bato
5. Labienus

Cavalry:
1. Belisarius
2. Huo (I just can´t seperate these two)
2. Arminius
4. Antonius
5. Tiberius

Archers:
1. Mithridates VI
2. Octavianus
3. Drusus
4. Cleopatra
5. Surena

Navy (exluding Aetius:
1. Cleopatra
2. Agrippa
3. Sextus Pompeius
4. Pothinus
5. I don´t know.

I am quite surprised that you put Cleo above Li for archery, considering the two have the same skillset with Li having a higher archery point and starts in general. 

Anyways I'll have to say that Agrippa far outmatch Cleo in navy. Agrippa has a insane crit rate, something Cleo can only try to match. And I personally believe that Pompey is better than Vercingetorix but I don't wanna turn this into a thread about Pomey vs. Vercingetorix. As for infantry, I am surprised that you placed Crassus that high. Crassus' skills can easily be fixed with a siege gear which isn't expensive at all. Bato is definitely better than Crassus imo, and so is Labienus. I would say Crassus is only equal to Aetius in terms of infantry.
