I know you get some items by completing campaigns/decisive battles/other such as the Tutankhamun Dagger, but I don't know exactly what will I be able to get. So if someone who has completed the game knows what kind of items you get it would be very helpful in deciding what to do with medals if you would let me know.

If how you invest Medals is a problem, perhaps you can buy coin items instead and avoid this issue for now?
At a glance, it seems that these equipment are for the artifact slot which means that they do not affect your Medal/coin investment directly. So you don't have to worry about Medals too much and you can simply use coins to fill in the normal equipment slot.

If I remember correctly from ET they said that the same effects do not add up, so it would be useless for Cleopatra to put on an Africanus uniform.

Will a navy unit beside those two generals get +30% attack or only 15?

I really wouldn't know for sure but I think it would have an effect, I'll do some testing in the game later so I can see in practice if there are any changes

Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, Unfortunately the effects do not add up. When I put Cleopatra next to the units, the strength of the units increased, but when I put Agrippa with the Africanus uniform, there were no new changes. Also Cleopatra with Africanus uniform did not get any stats improvements. But there is also good news, uniforms and the Consul's scepter add up.

Well thanks for testing out and letting me know anyways. Now I won't be buying uniforms then.

Thanks, I got the Ganjiang Sword today and I thought you'd get one from Han, since you get one from campaigns 2, 5, 8, 11 secondary strories.

Btw, "Scourge of God" campaign doesn't have neither additional artifacts nor DB at all. Moreover you can't even play for another side after completing it, as it was a common case before. So, you complete these 5 missions and that is pretty much all. I don't think there will be new artifacts in our last (not yet released campaign) either. Moreover you won't even get skill scrolls in Achievements, since the game doesn't take completion of these new campaigns as an "achievement". The game is technically over after Han campaign. The rest are just additional chapters.

It seems that HL mode supposed to be the most difficult part of the game. Exactly the same was in EW6 1804. Campaigns were extremely easy, but challenge battles were quite difficult.

Exactly the same was in EW6 1804. Campaigns were extremely easy, but challenge battles were quite difficult. And I hate that too. The GCR campaigns are unique and fun to play, HL is not, although they are harder, there is really no strategy or alternative ways to complete it. You just take out an enemy after enemy.
