I currently own Guderian and Leeb. I can discharge Leeb to buy Arnold and Konev. I'm at Cold War

I think Arnold is more of a late-game general, so I'd recommend you buying Konev. You don't have to sell Leeb cause he's pretty good anyway

Konev on the other hand will be bested maybe by only Guderian in scenario and conquest if you give him Rumour and Crowd Tactics.

I'd suggest Konev, keep Leeb.

Mr. Vorosilov is spot-on. Arnold will not do you much until you are in endgame conquests. Konev, then Rommel, Rokko, and Donitz/Nimitz will do you far better.

I currently own Guderian and Leeb. I can discharge Leeb to buy Arnold and Konev. I'm at Cold War With investment (I understand your Leeb has over 1700 medals invested), Leeb is basically better Konev without investment, so why sell him for someone who is (for now) worse than him? Save Leeb, grind for Konev, invest in Konev, and you are good. Rommel instead of Konev may also be worthwhile.
