Hello there, what is the easiest or fastest 3 star country to win an A/S rank for the 1815 conquest. I tried Prussia, but I only got a B . The other threads have already replied. As the Coalition, you must cripple France and withstand its 2× Grande Armee assaults. Then, sail to the Americas while crushing the Ottoman Empire and Algeria. - Britain can intervene on the Canadian front and must open a path into France's rear. - Prussia must practically hold France alone and possibly gamble that Russia rescues Austria. - Russia must rescue Austria, defeat the Ottoman Empire alone and race to save the German and Italian fronts from collapsing. - Austria must survive the Ottoman Empire's assault, crush Italy and reinforce Prussia. If you defeat Italy early, Naples may tie you down and encircle your Italian southern front, but you can use it to flank the Ottoman Empire and hit Algeria. Plus, if you've resources to spare, an invasion of southern France is a very tempting target. - Canada must face and defeat the USA alone on its front ASAP. Rescue Mexico and Grand Colombia, if it survives, crush Brazil and launch a two-pronged intervention in Europe. - Mexico must finish the war on its front alone and pray that Grand Columbia survives long enough or an intervention holds or expands Grand Colombia. As a French ally, you'll have to ride on France's waves and destroy the Coalition, state by state. - France is better off used by the AI. Your Dues ex machina will not appear if you play as France. - The Ottoman Empire is in a good position to speed up Austria's collapse, pin the pesky Egyptians down and wage war alone against Russia. The fall of Austria opens up opportunities to crush the Coalition forces on the mainland. - If Algeria is a 3*, crush the tiny Coalition states on North Africa, intervene in your allies' wars and win. - The USA must wage war alone or hold out long enough for Brazil to arrive, if it succeeds. Then, quickly rescue France.
Alternatively, try Prussia again. Use fewer gens or finish earlier.

I finished Britain but I got another B (. I landed Highlanders in Canada, spammed militia there, defeated USA, helped Gran Colombia a bit, and use those forces to save Morocco just in time. At the European theatre, I captured the northwestern city of France at Britanny, captured Bordeaux, defended fiercely, but eventually had to give up Bordeaux, but I eventually took it back and captured Paris, Toulouse and others, I used those forces to invade Italy and help Spain and Portugal. Meanwhile I used the the group of generals they give you around Prussia which includes Wellesley, I stole Cologne and Frankfurt, I defended them fiercely because there are so much Old Guards heading there, but I saved Prussia just in time, I soon captured Leipzig and Dijon, Wellesley had to be sacrificed tho. I used those forces to swing down the alps and take Turin, Marseille and also invade Italy. On the other hand, the forces I have near Leipzig is sent to help and save Austria from defeat, I captured Vienna, Budapest, even Athens and for some time Venice, but the Italian attack is too fierce so I lost it. Good thing my European and eventually American allies came to help and captured the Italian Peninsula, Corsica and Sardinia. While all of these is happening, my forces in Morocco, aided by the naval generals they give you, steamrolled through Algeria, unfortunately, I couldn't save Egypt and Tribal Union even with bribing so much money, bribing is key in these conquests. Afterwards, I forgot to use blasts and forced marches early, but it wasn't all too late, so with the blasts and forced marches, I quickly took Tripoli, Benghazi (lost is later on but Portugal got it back), Alexandria and Cairo. The Russians, Bavarians, Swedish, Prussians, etc. fully defeated the Ottomans. I won in 98 rounds, but unfortunately got a B, it was still so much fun though. I think I am going to re-try Prussia next.

This makes the ai split the forces, making the defense of the cities much easier. That, and send surviving militias and deactivate the enemy stables and factories. With 1815 being a long conquest, naval units will be extremely useful to contain land units, and spamming artillery to siege cities is also something to consider. It really helps if you have a strong Cavalry general or 2 to quickly capture large cities, along with spamming blast. Cavalry as a unit isn't as useful when it comes to spamming(even tho cavalry generals are definitely the strongest type of generals due), and you are better off spamming artillery, but there are situations where spamming cavalry will be really useful, like light cavalry for covering ground quickly or armored cars to just clear large groups of infantry. Don't forget to donate to your allies, and donate to allies that move first so their first turn advantage would be more utilized.

I think the biggest mistake I made earlier is not building artillery. Anyways, I am now playing again because why not, and as USA, I am currently crushing Mexico and Canada, captured the British island in the Atlantic to pave way for an invasion. Luckily, Algeria, the Italies and Brazil are doing extremely well, but only time will tell how long that will last especially when Denmark, Sweden and Bavaria will join.

Just make sure to spam blast and increasing knowledge output per turn. It really speeds up conquest, and eventually, you can straight up just use blast on a major city and let militias take over no problem, and have enough knowledge output to do the same thing the next turn.
