Italian Army has 32000 troops as of page 15, which are organised into 4 Corps with 8000 troops in each Corp.
I declare war against Duchy of Modena and Reggio.
3 Corps will attack Modena.
Another 10,000 troops have been recruited on page 16. They will be part of V Corp.

The siege of Hanover
French troops of the no2 and no3 corp have started the siege of Hanover. 20HC and 30LC immediately started shelling the city.
At the same moment, the no1 corp has entered Hamburg, cutting the sea reinforcements and supplies from Great Britain.
The no4 corp, initially going to Austria, is relocated to help siege Hanover. They will arrive in 5 posts.

Due to our dynamic defense system, we were able to stop most of the French forces at the border, and stall the rest outside Hanover. We are barely outnumbered and can use Danish artillery to defend ourselves. The battle has reached a stalemate, and a ceasefire has been announced.
