2.please will you send your engineers as well to help construction of factories on our province too(since they will work with our engineers, so your men's will build 1 factory for 10 pages in our province)

15,000 soldiers attack the Caucasus region from the south. 10,000 soldiers attack Caucasia from Crimea in the north. 25,000 soldiers are transported from Anatolia to Crimea. 11th, 12th , 13th ,14th ,15th ,16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th Moscow Regiments are organised as the Southern Expeditionary Force (40,000 men). It heading to Caucasus to support Army of Southern Russia (15,000 men) to help defend Caucasus against the Ke-bab invaders. Tsar Peter's Holy Crusaders (10,000 men) and Army of Bela Rous (4000 men) would defend Caucasia. You haven't invaded Caucasia yet either. |

The state of Hanover officially declares its neutrality in the Seven Years War and disbands most of its army. We are now building extensive defensive structures within our borders, and the 3 000 soldiers we have left as a garrison are now mercenaries for hire. Please let us know if you want to use them. Note: We cannot join battles that directly fight against Great Britain, France, the Holy Roman Empire, or Prussia. Further trade deals have been finalized with the Denmark-Norway empire, ruled by Captain. |

And I do not think that the problem with Prussia can be solved immediately, they are acting aggressively. If they want peace, of course, we are open to negotiation about that, but if they insist on aggression, they will be punished.
I don't think anything negative about the Ottoman Empire. I think positive things about them and our relations with Ottoman Empire are very good. They can establish a military base, but I will think about that and talk to them because of its connection to the terms of peace. |

DebsI was thinking mostly in the realm of trade deals, since Hanover's officially neutral now and doesn't have a part to play in the war. Also the reason Prussia joined the war is because of our declaration of war in the first place, so I think as long as we don't force them to unconditionally surrender I think I can convince them to stop fighting for now.
As for the Ottoman Empire, I for one don't trust them due to their extremely large army, but if you want to let them have a base within our borders my only restriction would be on the amount of soldiers they can have within our borders at any time. |

Our forces invading Caucasia are about to reach each other (Russia doesn't have territory there so they can't defend without conquering it first). 15,000 soldiers from the Balkans are moved to defend Caucasia.

The sultan of the great Ottoman Empire is infuriated of Russia´s unprovoked agression and endangerment of world peace. The Ottoman Empire has accepted all Russia´s unjustified and irrational needs until now. When it asked us to back off in Asia, we did. When it demanded peace with Prussia, we were open to peace talks. But now, not only has the Russian eagle stuffed both of its heads to Europe into affairs that do not belong to it, it has insulted the Ottoman Empire by calling it uncivilized and wants to isolate it from European diplomacy. It has called us agressors, while all we did was help to a country under Prussian agression. Prussia declared war on Habsburg and Saxony and attacked Sweden for no reason, this kind of action will obviously lead to action on the other side, and if Russia wants peace in Europe, it can atleast not behave like the ruler of Europe. Needless to say, the Ottoman Empire will not negotiate with these kind of provokers and made it clear to Russia. Now the sultan of the Ottoman Empire can officially announce that this justified rejection of peace negotiations without us has led to Russia declaring war upon us. Russia calls us invaders, now the sultan calls all people from the Ottoman Empire and all other sensible peaceful countries to join together and slay this lying beast and liberate Asia and Europe from the tyranny of the Tsar for once!
