Also, in case the situation turns, if you sign a peace deal with the French Coalition before they start invading you, then we might be able to secure Prussian independence |

Military recruiting has restarted
By decree of the King, military conscription is now enable again. Every 18 to 24 y/o man that did not conscript the first time will be obligated to take a 2 month training before being sent to a military base.
5000 trained soldiers will be recruited per pages, and that until 50 000 troops will be added to the army
Artillery are being built again
30 HC and 50LC are currently being built. They will be ready in 7 pages.
