I'm glad you're open to peace negotiations. And you want to become allies? If you want to be ally, I'm positive about it. And I can think about that. But you will not be at war with the Ottoman Empire, Denmark, Sweden or Saxony, if you ally with us, you also have to be ally with them.
My terms of peace:
1. You can become ally with us if you want, we will be glad. If you don't want to, you will be neutral and cut off all diplomatic relations with our enemies.
2. You will withdraw from any place you have occupied in Europe. You will return Swedish Pomerania to Sweden. So just like before the war. So you will not lose territory, you will only withdraw from the territories you have occupied in this war. You can keep your original lands.
3. Your entire army will be neutralized, demilitarized, disarmed and demobilized. Until (if we do) we let you to use your army, they will be wait in out of RP. They cannot rebel. We will have checkpoints at your military bases to check if you are violating the terms of the peace. Also, you will only have an army of 5000 soldiers in Europe. And you will have an army of 20,000 soldiers for colonization.

Well then, i agree with your terms. At least we have some protection.

We have withdrawn from places we have occupied (which includes Swedish Pomerania and Northern Saxony; except the colonized islands in the East Indies), we have made peace with the Holy Roman Empire. We have also, unexpectedly and surprisingly, allied with them.
We have disarmed, demobilized, neutralized and disbanded our army into 5 divisions (with 1,000 soldiers each), but the colonization force is 20,000 (20 divisions with 1000 soldiers each).
The small Prussian Army in Prussia has returned to original borders, rebuilding Liegnitz and Breslau, the only battles against the HRE, yet heavily damaged.
The colonization force has reached Sulawesi (aka Celebes), the force in Borneo retreats after an outnumbered attack against Brunei.
You can only have 15 LC and 10 HC. The remaining artillery will be completely destroyed, meaning no one will be able to use these anymore. So your all artillery (except for 15 LC and 10 HC) will be out of the RP. And you can't produce more artillery.
And 10 of your factories will be destroyed. You can keep the other 15 factory, but you cannot any artillery production without my permission. And you cannot build new factories.
