Oof, this is really tough. I'm gonna go by my own criteria and say that the best innovators are the ones that make their research useful to all of humanity So... sorry Einstein lol (of course, maybe in the future if advanced technology is accessible to everyone then I'll change my mind)

This is hard, but even shocking to see is Einstein topping the charts. I mean, his discoveries were groundbreaking, but the problem is a common man can't apply most of them in his daily life and an even bigger problem is that no one understands what his discoveries were lol.
Hard to say. But my pick would be either Henry Heinrich Ford for his assembly line technique or maybe Gutenberg for arguably the most important discovery in the history of humanity i.e. the Printing Press.

Al Khwarzini. Essentially invented the most important part of math. He did invent it, but it spread across the world only via book via the Printing Press.
