I think GoG3's Army group is the toughest one. Requires lot of brains as you get very less economy/turn and whenever you open a new front, then the enemy sends it's elite troops towards you and you feel you might be pushed back. Not the case with the other conquests I've played. And why am I mentioning Army group? Because it is similar to EW5 conquest so it's valid...I guess.

GoG3's conquests are hard because: 1. The enemy spam 2. Your allies are dumb

Just kill a country and send your entire economy to your allies and watch them take over the world. GOG3 conquests are more difficult, but I think the difficulty is that you have to move your troops from Finland to Spain.and in EW5 ..... Only take 2 countries with your generals and you will see how you technologically surpass all your enemies. Besides that there are only 1 or 2 countries that are aggressive. the others only take a country or try to take a country. For me the most difficult is ... the truth is that they all seem simple to me. is to take a country with your generals and in case they have a lot of soldiers you only entrench yourself in a city you slowly kill the soldiers in what you take other cities or spam for (which I doubt)

Haven't tried GoG3 yet, so i won't know. 1914 is difficult because the ai is actually competent, although for the normal conquest it depends on who you side with. Challenge conquests in 1914 is what really elevates the difficulty. Playing 1 star nations in challenge conquest is just a nightmare, the possibility of losing is really there. In most conquests i played from other games(EW4, EW5, EW6 1804, GCR), you can easily bounce back even if your allies clown around and lose,it might take a while but you'll be fine. For 1914 tho, it's a different story. You can really lose if you don't play aggressively and decisively. Greece 1865 challenge conquest is one example. You are also forced to used medpacks, which i never used in the other games that had the option of instant heals. Even the normal conquests for 1914 and 1917 can be difficult if you play the 1 star nations surrounded by enemies and are given bad starting units and economy.

WC2. The hardest conquest ever. Why? EACH TURN TAKES 500 YEARS OF WAITING
