This is my method of completing the mission, 3 bronze stars guaranteed. This guide is suitable for beginners as only 1 EC general is used, and no tech is required. First of all, move the field artillery away from Berlin, and move the motorised infantry from the city nearby into Berlin. Put your EC on that motorised infantry. The other units head towards Amsterdam as shown below: Create a field artillery in that city near Berlin. But before we end the turn, paratroop into the oil field as shown below (blue circle): Afterwards, make a “red carpet” for our very special guest, Erich von Manstein , to Belgium, where he will “greet” general Leopold, before making his way to Paris to give general Gamelin “a surprise visit”. However, our very special guest has a bit of a problem with his directions, so we need to help guide him there! Using one of our infantry (blue arrow), “push” him towards the right direction as shown below: Meanwhile, your field artilleries should start attacking Brussels (the Belgium city). Once Manstein starts attacking Brussels, use fighters to attack it, with your EC in Berlin. Once you took Amsterdam, move your troops near Brussels (but don’t attack it). Capture Copenhagen if it’s empty: Leave the oil field next to it for your allies (remember that you “borrowed” theirs). Let Manstein take Brussels (you can take it next round). Move your forces to capture the French oil field near Brussels and attack Paris. Then, move your EC from Berlin to Brussels, and use fighters on Paris. Enjoy your 3 bronze stars! For silver and gold stars, it’s recommended to have air, artillery and tank generals.
