Villeneuve is known as a trash general, and also a navy general who has less rights. This statement is indeed correct in some parts, but let me show you his secrets and how overpowered he is...
I first noticed this in French conquest, Europe 1806. I was trying out the new method this community has found out on getting Victoria. (Although I had her already from HRE 1798, I wanted to see for myself if it is a valid method)
I finished the war against English ships and then decided to check Villeneuve's stats to calculate how long he has to rest to get back to full HP. That's the moment I found out that he had 11 nobility. Meaning, he broke the system.
I have decided to scour through every single conquest and scenarios that Villeneuve appeared in. In conquest, Villeneuve was only in France 1806 so I wasted my time lols and in scenario, this was confirmed. Battle of Trafalgar, Anglo-Spanish war, and Retaking lost ground!!!
Check it out yourselves. I will try and post the images if I could.

If you look at his nobility he seems to have +5β₯οΈ - and he has the Military Camp as item, this gives the additional +6β₯οΈ and on the board +11β₯οΈ are displayed. But he stragly seems to loose sometimes health - I am not shure, if it may comes from a fire dammage earlier.

Tents (oddly) are good items for naval generals because they seldom spend time healing in ports and often have rounds when they don't fight as the move between battles.

Yeah, ππ³π°π΅π΄π¬πΊ, has it Because the Nobility is really Easytech's name for the per-round healing factor, all input from tents etc. gets added in to it. Technically you can have up to 22 - 10 from the general and 2 x 6 from tents. I can't remember if there's a flag that boosts heal, but if there is, a fully buffed general could stand next to one with that flag and have even more (+1 or +2 I think?)

This brings up an interesting problem I never thought about before.
It's been assumed that tents and nobility work differently. Tents only work when you aren't in a facility and haven't foughtοΌtrainedοΌbuilt. Nobility supposedly always works.
ButοΌif a tent increases nobility (Villeneuve from +5 to +11), then either they work the same or it's a bug.

Yes, tents are supposed to work only outside utillities and only in when you still can use medipacks (note: killing units with cavalary don't count). Nobility works in every round. I believe it's a bug, or maybe a hint for new players. Any additional supply from utilities or flags won't show as additional nobility, but this is a supply for all units, not only for commanders.
