your thoughts about archer gen Cat? i luv her..... "Eh". I use her for the Discovery Age because she's good there (and cheap). Later in the game, she is outclassed. She has only 1 good skill, General, and Archery (her Level 6 perk) is replaced by Yi sun-sin. |

Archers are the most tough opponents in the game. Partly because only a few generals have a bonus against this class. Cath has an excellent combination of increased damage plus pretty reasonable chance to attack them without retaliation. Taking into account that she's almost immune to Artillery generals' attacks we can use her with a good success as one of the main damage dealers against such unpleasant opponents as Loki, for example.

Eh, stoic, she does do that,but others like Peter do her job even better than she, and fpr a cheap price, as well as having skills beyond simply that. |

she is also cheap. costs only gold. her skills are good, maybe only okay. but sufficient even for endgame

She's pretty good. I want to spend resources on her,but sadly i already have lots of archers and Nelson is still pending, so she'll have to sit on the bench until i get my core team done. She has a really great niche, as she pretty much just smacks archers and artillery around. Outside her niche,she hits reasonably against cavalry, but her damage against 6 star infantry is just sad. She's a great archer in a cav comm team and mixed teams. Cheap too, as you only need to upgrade shelter(can be postponed until later on) and her rank. |

Peter doesn't have ranged attack, increased damage bonus against archers, nor does his Rumor work against mythological bosses. He is an excellent general on his own, but I can't see how could he replace Catherine in such missions as Hard mode German mission 3, for example. |

Again being more wise than u guys i say. Dont compare things that cant be.
Cath is good okey but there are better. If u just need a cheap archer killer she is but if u want more diverse and something more worth spending into. U have better options. IMO she is good in top 16 team or a top 20team as replacement for some gens that are better used otherwise but weak there specifically.

My brain's tired defensing Suri, getting mad over a book ending, and discussing science and philosophy with 𝘛𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘴𝘬𝘺 and John Marston. As for my opinion on this, i agree with the statement that there are better, but that wasn't specifically why this comment caught my attention in the first place. |

Definitely a great substitute for Washington, and in some parts better when going against multiple artillery enemies. |

She took the damage part of Washington without taking the stats and logistics. Catherine took the anti-archer and near impervious defense against artillery. I'm curious how hard Mulan can hit honestly, i haven't tried her, but she can hit almost as hard as Washington then she definitely deserves a spot in archer teams that don't have Washington. |

I don't have enough stars in normal mode even to try it out  Still, it is my plans to make a forced march one day  |
