I'm thinking of upgrading my third tank general, who I currently have as Rokossovsky. But before that I want to know which out of the three have the highest potential for my play-style (I prefer explosives over terrain boosts and I tend to go for high-risk high reward situations). I tried Graziani before, but he didn't cut it for me without any upgrades, but I hear he's really good when maxed out.

I have to say Graziani. He has high damage and 3 good skills versus Rokossovsky's 1 good skill of PL, one bad skill of ToI, and one useless skill of Shelter. I wouldn't even put PL as great, considering Guderian gets the medal and it has bad consistency. As for Patton, he is essentially Roko with an extra star in movement, cheaper cost, and Entrenchment instead of PL. Even that I would say is equal, as I don't like the PL consistency.

Rokko is by far the best for difficult activities. He, Rommel, and Guderian can get the game-breaking PL/AA/explosives combo.

Definetly Rokossovsky. Shelter is quite useful in modern war, as it reflects some damage from missiles . I suggest putting AA + Rumor and he would be a machine Except that i said machines can be broken XD Graziani, he has 2 quite useful skills, machinist and ace forces. Mountain fighting doesn't work out well on tanks, but kinda useful for infantry. Patton, he only has damage reflecting skills, but kinda good for a meatshield.
