Forced march is the best, no contest. 1 more additional action makes infantry and archers actually compete in fast paced campaigns or conquests against cavalry. It also makes cavalry more consistent as well.

but only in gcr. in ew6 1806 forced march only lets one march further, not always good. cav gets as only unit additional attacks unless tactic master would trigger on someone who has it. in gcr if someone has commander skill, it has to trigger first to get additional attacks. otherwise all units only have one attack per round. in ew5 no additional attacks available

Best offensive tactic is forced march. But in legend mode in defense missions one of crucial tactics is olympic games.

It adjusts belligrence to peace for 3 turns. It gives you 4x income if your current belligrence is crazy.
