Anyone had paranormal experience or know of someone who had it? i never met any aliens or a ghost in my life. so nothing experienced never been on a location like bermuda triangle etc First to answer What actually the term paranormal? which science can't define, right? Anyway I have one such experience only in mine life and I think people will laugh on me, so it's better to not share If you are really very interested to experience such... Warning ⚠️ spoilers ahead...
You can perform some rituals (just saying never try that, this are really dangerous) Also I will recommend to watch DISCOVERY INVESTIGATION this channel hosts many paranormal facts (not all)
At last I would ask.. have you heard about Elevator Game, it claims one can travel to another world where I will be only one with one supernatural being There are many more games which tends to paranormal like Ouija, etc...
(I never challenged/tried any of the games) whatever I said, all are just for fun
So chill🤘

why could paranormal activities be there making public relations and everybody comes up with own theories but noone has facts to rely on? I would say i experienced them, but i experienced them when i was young so take it with a grain of salt. Happened twice i'd say, both occured just before someone died. One time, i noticed this old lady standing on the stairs outside our house. She was a friend of our grandmas, and the weird part was that it was around 5 am. I knew i saw her as my dad sent me to clean outside to build character. Anyway, saw her,she was smiling, but she never spoke. Which was odd, because she was the type to talk first and a lot. So i shrugged, probably looking for my grandma, so i went to call her. She was asleep, so i went back down to check on her. She was gone,so i went back to cleaning. An hour later, oue neighbor came to break the news that the friend of my grandma died during midnight. That didn't scare little me for some reason, but it did bother me. The other time, i was walking alone in the woods after helping my grandma in the fields. It just rained, and i was looking for frogs, like little kids do. Suddenly, i realized i didn't know where i was. I just shrugged, like i always do,since i knew the way back. All i needed to do was walk back up. But the problem was, i kept walking up,but every single time, i would find myself in the same place. Happened a couple of times, and little me started crying out of frustration and fear. So i decided one last time to trek back up, as it was getting dark. Saw a small shed up, which i never recognized. Saw a large dull knife, took it and started walking back up. Luckily, my grandma found me. Said she looked for me for hours, when i remember just getting lost for 30 minutes at most. That, and i was heading to a deeper part of the forest. Which really freaked little me out. Despite those experiences, I don't readily believe in paranormal activity. Although it did make me more receptive about the ideas presented about them, and don't dismiss them outright. My personal theory for the first one is due to a mix of my unconscious showing me the image of the old lady, as i just woke up and i may just be dreaming while awake, and the event of her death triggering that. For the second, i'm not to sure. Fugue state maybe. I experienced much more that could be classified as paranormal, but i can think of reasons why they aren't. As for the explanation, i'd just chalk it up to my favorite theory proposed by Julian Jaynes, which is the theory of the Bicameral mind.

In terms of paranormal activity, my only experience is sleep paralysis where I saw a demon.
As a protestant, I tend to believe in paranormal stuff, but it doesn't happen very often and about 99% of what people claim is paranormal are probably just psychological effects.

Yeah.. most of the peoples suffers sleep paralysis but it differs... What you faced are mild, isn't it? It was pretty mild, I was semi-conscious cause in my dream my room was basically the same as if I were awake, but I couldn't move. I tried moving one of my fingers but I couldn't, and then I saw the demon pressing my finger which was the reason why I couldn't move it But by that time I knew I was sleeping so I just tried different methods to get myself to wake up

You're conscious so you see your own room, but your muscles are paralyzed like in sleep so you can't move. Must be a pretty scary experience though.

Must be a pretty scary experience though. I guess it's mild in the way that it only ever happened once. Also it was pretty scary at first, but once/if you know you're dreaming then it typically isn't that bad

As a boy I encountered how to find and pull out smaller pains from the backbone with my hands. It was a play, fun or test - I even don't touch, just a small distance. But as it usually helped for a while, everywone was pleased.
Many ENmany, years later I encountered that Reiki is practicing this. From a western standpoint Wiki-EN: The engish wikipedia has no informations

Like Darth Nihilus said, as a Protestant, I certainly believe in the supernatural, but I think that most things can be caught up in rational science. I have never seen any miracles (despite what certain pentacostalist ministers would like me to believe), but I do believe that they exist.

I once had a sleep paralysis. What happens to everyone happens to me. my bed is in front of my desk and I felt there was something on the desk like sitting or fetal position. and when I could move I hit myself with the top of the bed.
