Help, a bug but also help with the U.I.

Hey, not a new player just need some help. Recently got a new computer and switched over my user details however, the game does not recognise my account so everything has started from scratch. It is fine except I used some money and wish to get that back. Anyone know how to do this? And if so I wish to restore my purchases or get back my lost progress.

And a note about the bug, sometimes the bottom quarter of an icon disappears which is annoying but fine until your build a new troop and the cost of the new troop is gone so I wouldn't know how much it costs to build it. Some help to remedy it please? And I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to no avail.
