I split my forces into 2 groups, with 20,000 in Cordoba, and 10,000 in Sevilla. I also move my battleship from its naval base Las Plumas to the coast of Malaga. This should be done in 3 posts.

Toledo has recently rebelled against the Republic. However, they are not a normal rebellion. They have declared war on us all. They are savages, rounding up any citizens they view as inferior, and starving them to death. Take Up Arms!
So I compel you, all of you! Take up arms against this savage new enemy! From my fellow rebellions, to the anarchists, to the communists. Do not let them so brutally treat your fellow spaniards! They represent everything we hate. The reason we are fighting this war! Cease Fire!
And finally, I ask that you lay down arms against each other. We may not agree, and the fighting will continue once the threat is dealt with. But we need to face this threat united. Rebels, we may see the Republics as maintainers of the old ways, and a threat to Espana’s true advancement. And Republics, you may see us rebels as insane fringe forces that will bring about the downfall of this nation. But, AT LEAST WE KNOW WE ALL HAVE ESPANA’S BEST INTEREST AT HEART. Toledo does not. Caudillo feels that Toledo will not be able to survive surrounded by a hostile Spain, Therefore he had decreed that Toledo must aquire new lands which can connect it to the wider world with sea. Therefore, Toledo will acquire Ciudad Real, Jaen*, Granada and Almeria. The Toledo National Army is reorganised into 4 Corps**. Slavic and Celtic Corps are attacking Ciudad Real. Captain*i. usage of letter é or any other letter other than the standard 26 letters of English Alphabet is illegal in Toledo, ii. English is the Caudillon, official and national language of Toledo. ** Each Corps has 10,000 men. The Corps are 1. Slavic Corp volunteers from east 2. Anglo-Saxon Corp volunteers from England, Germany, Low Countries, Scandinavia, and Canadas. 3. Celtic Corp Volunteers from France, Scotland, Ireland, USA, latin America. 4. Usage of Spainish language is completely prohibited in Toledo.
All the citizens of Toledo are to be re-educated, to ensure the absolute annihilation of any traces of Spainish identity.
All Individuals, who learn English and make it their first Language will be awarded land and slaves, acquired from our future conquests.
Caudillo 4
Catholicism is the state religion of Toledo. Catholic Churches will be completely free of state control though and they and Church "officials" will be exempt of prosecution for any crime.
Any individual found to be practicing any other religion will be sent to Detention Camps and will be deprived of food, water and air.

The African Army of España, or as my country is now called, True España, creates the road and waterworks engineering corps, providing work to 10s of thousands of Spaniards.
The engineering corps begans creating roads throughout all of my mainland territory, making troop transport take only one post, and construction is finished two posts faster.
The road system will be complete in 7 posts

I also construct naval forts along Ceuta, Melilla, Santa Cruz, Las Palmas, and Baleares. This will finish in 2 pages.
I create the naval research group (NRG), employing even more Spaniards, and allowing increased speed of Naval units and transport. They begin researching better engines capable of lowering movement times by one post. This will finish in 7 posts.

I must have to accept, what you have said
There are 10,000 rebels in Zaragoza but you alone are outnumbering them by exact 4times(your 40,000 soldiers)
We will take back our 23,000 soldiers from ZARAGOZA
But, can we also receive 1/3 province of Zaragoza after it will be fully liberated
If you will agree,then we will divide this land after friendly discussions😃
Edit: we found African army as friendly troops, so I insist for better relations with them,
