I have Archer Commander, Belisarius with Banner of Apollo, and Pompey with Banner of Jupiter
I also have like 481 medals
Should I go for Drusus or another Infantry General? If so, who?

Huo, Arminius or Antonius you need first and foremost cavalry generals.

If these are all of your generals then any of the better cav/inf/arch generals is a good addition. ( Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov's recommendations/Vercingetorix/Drusus or Mithridates to be precise) And, assuming that you made it to Belisarius/Pompey without a cheap starter general, you must be good at this game so it won't be long before you have another ~600 medals for the next general. |

Skip Antony, his speed can be nice especially in conquests and makes him deceptively appealing, but he's too weak for more than occasional tactical use in late game. You may be past this point already, but Pacorus is a decent cav general (not for late game) and super cheap. You could consider getting Pacorus as a temporary general and then get Vercy, or else go straight for Huo/Arminius (and then still Vercy).
