That's all that I can think of right now. Any one have ideas? Suppose, to account for the primitive conditions of the early Transoceanic ships, what if we have them require 3 phases to cross the Atlantic Ocean? That would change to 2 when a colonizer researches a navy - related tech like better sails or streamlined hulls etc... and then later down to 1 phase, not too bad right? I think there should be a low limit on how many troops you are allowed to carry per ship as well to simulate the early issues of provisions for long-term trips across the oceans. Would 3 per ship be good? It can be upgraded with a larger cargo space tech. 6 or even 7 per ship in 1600 or later? This would restrain the Europeans for a while but eventually the NAs will be overwhelmed by the invading hordes no matter what.
