The symptoms, as I said are kind of strange, I don't have fever anymore nor a bad cough, but my throat is very sore and despite trying all sorts of medicines, swallowing is painful. That's bad. I hope you'll get better soon!

Thanks, and thanks to Eugene V. Debs too. I have two vaccines, but it's been already half a year since I got the last shot, I don't even know when could've I got the next one, if I wasn't infected. Anyways, I got the vaccine long ago, and it has probably lost much of its effect. Also, I probably have some other infection too, because the symptoms aren't the typical COVID-19 symptoms, but I was tested still tested positive. The symptoms, as I said are kind of strange, I don't have fever anymore nor a bad cough, but my throat is very sore and despite trying all sorts of medicines, swallowing is painful. That's probably the Covid virus still lingering in your throat, hopefully it will go away after 7 days. When I was under quarantine, my throat has been uncomfortable, though without the painful swallowing part. It's unfortunate that the current vaccines only serve to ease the symptoms of actual Covid infection, but we just have to make do of what we currently have against this new threat.

Honestly, these exams are the main reasons for anxiety issues. I hate such exams. They (at least in my place) make you believe that if you can't get a decent score, you won't get admission in a good college, you won't get a good salary. But in reality, I believe that making money is pretty easy (I mean, finding a source of income). I'm going to give them early next year and I'm already feeling a little unease. There's a reason why in my country, 16/17 year teens often commit suicide. Even a month back, during my final exams, one student tried to commit suicide, though she was stopped in time. That sucks, but how else can you objectively compare students? Oh yes, a great opportunity to flex with my "best education in the world"Jokes aside, do you have to compare students 100% objectively if the cost is this. My country doesn't have big final exams before you are 18 and even then they don't really matter. Grades for entering schools are based on the student's performance in the subject on all courses. Exams, assignments and classroom activity are all taken into account and exams aren't too big. Although it's bot 100% objective and teacher dependent, it does a much better job in giving the students different possibilities to show their knowledge where as an exam only tells the student's ability to do exams, life is not doing exams. As I said it's not totally objective and fair even though it has been tried to make more fair with clear criteria for evaluation, but it atleast does a good job in offering a good education and keeping teenagers mentally healthy. After all, you have different teachers for different subjects so it evens out and getting lucky with teachers won't affect your grades too much. I don't want to judge anyone or any country, but I think that a too exam oriented education system is not good and the lessons should be taken to learn, not to prepare for an exam and everyday should be a chance to show that you're worth a good school. It mayne isn't objective, but atleast it provides good results in PISA comparisons.

Why isn't standardized evaluation criteria enough?

Haha. How serious are you on that statement Trotsky? Also, now that I have your attention, are there any threads in the EW4 boards you want me to add?

Does anyone have any idea what борщ tastes like? I've wanted to have it for a while, but I haven't had the ingredients to prepare it yet.

I don't need to be taken seriously, but I think there could be a Random Area like thread in all the game boards where you could just post random stuff about the games and ask for some advice. I believe it could do good to old boards where pretty much everything has been done and discussed.
