Currently I have slightly over 8,000 medals and I am wondering what generals I should purchase. Right now, I have Guderian and Patton. I am now looking for a navy general and an artillery general.
I am on level 39 and have been in the process of completing WTO/NATO campaigns.
I plan on purchasing Govorov and Konev but not sure which one I should get now.
I am also looking at Nimitz, Yamamoto, and Nagano for navy. Which one do you think is the best out of that group of 3?
I also have an eye on Vasilevsky and Goring for future generals I may purchase.
Any advice would help!

Apart from that, Govorov is the strongest artillery general and Yamamoto is a good enough navy general who can also be put on artillery and help with his air stars. Having a pure navy general is not so important as most battles are land based. Goring is not the best infantry but he has useful air stars and skills that boost economy. which makes him unique in this regard.

For the amount of medals you have, you can actually consider building ECs instead of buying generals other than the triumvirate.

jonblend , Erich von Manstein , I ended up getting Govorov and Yamamoto. Do either of you recommend another Artillery general or should I make on EC? If EC, how many artillery abilities and perks? What is the expected cost of medals?

What is the expected cost of medals? An artillery general, either Bai or EC. Bai is cheaper whereas EC has better potential. If you are building an EC, expect around Patton's cost to start with: 3* artillery and movement, lvl 3 Plain Fighting, lvl 2 Artillery Barrage and Explosives, and M General.

What is the expected cost of medals? For approximately 5,000 you can get a decent EC and for 10,000 he'll be better than any other artillery general. Start with 3* artillery, at least 1* movement, 170 HP and lv2/3 skills: Plain, Explosives and Barrage
