I was replaying this level with endgame generals for fun, and came across a tiny easter egg. If you would like to find it out by yourself, read no further. Operation typhoon is the one where we should cut around to the back and capture the cities surrounding moscow. So on my quest for world domination, having fun, I decided to take Moscow. Murdering Zhukov was only the start of a series of interesting effects First came the morale drop on Moscow. Which was reasonable, but interesting since Moscow isn't an objective. So I continued on, blasting my way through to take Moscow. And then this happened! I'll like to think I changed history on this stage by taking Moscow Thoughts? Did anyone notice this before?

I did the "secret" event like a billion time now and no,taking Leningrad won't have an event or morale debuff/buff

Yeah.. No effects on Leningrad.
When we finally return to the russian winterland in 1944, taking both Leningrad and Moscow are usually actual objectives.
No space for hidden fun stuff there

Tho taking yellow point in Case Yellow AKA fall Gelb will trigger a event that army group C will attack the Maginot line and De gaulle will attack Metz, sure you get some reinforcement but really it's not wroth taking Metz cause 1:time consuming 2: a good portion of your Allies is not going to keep up your advance and when did they reach Paris it's more or less late depend on how many troops there counter them

Also weirdly enough if you don't move the Red point units on some units it will automatically move itself without you interfering it on battle of Dunkirk but it could be just some weird bug/glitch that Easytech just didn't know it's existence to fix it

But that bug/glitches don't occur on land for some reason (happened in water at least for me)

Plus, there's a yellow ring on metz iirc. I would consider that more of a intended level mechanic and less of an easter egg. As for dunkirk, that does sound weird

For Eastern front there is a mechanic in Winter war if you let Mannerheim defeated then he will say"i did all i could, where is the reinforcement?" or something like that

Interestingly if you manage to make the germans not defeat the entire southern army near Lille and Calais in round 13 or somewhere you will able to command it and Lecrlec general in Battle of france
