So since we did not find an answer... We have Slim, pretty much 5 star general with guerilla. We have Bradley 3 stars with IL and 4 stars in forests. We have Vasilevsky 6 stars most of the time (CT) and even 7 stars in cities. We have Tassigny, 3 star general, but extremely tanky and has 5 stars when attacking low morale enemy. Clark! (Thanks Gerdy) pretty underrated general, 3 stars, Silver IL and plunder supply (OP).
Note: When I say Slim has 5 stars, what I mean is 4 stars + silver bayonet charge
Now right away, for me, main battle is Slim vs Vasilevsky. I don't know why, but there seems to be a lot of people who don't like him and I don't know why. He is basically slightly worse Yamashita. Plus keep in mind he has Access to Ranger and Cossacks so he can attack again.

TBH slim is good but he has better alternatives and not enough damage while Bradley/Vasilevsky is a glass cannon yes but infantry could be heal easily but sometimes gold need to divert to more important units so survivabilty still play a role on infantry which is why I pick Tassigny because he is more or less balanced between damage and survivabilty while being cheap and appear in more campaign theater than Bradley and Vasilevsky

Vasilevsky is very dependent of CT, because everything else sucks about him besides 4*s in skill and health. Clark is absolute trash, always has been, the Ranger strat will replenish a whopping 12 HP in 2 turns. Brad outshines him in almost every department. Plus, infantry is hella cheap. Slim is weaker than Tassigny in both offense and defense. So it should really be between Tassigny and Vasilevsky. Vasilevsky has no survivability, but he does have 4*s in health. Brad is harder hitting, the only selling point of Vasilevsky. So really, it's between Tassigny and Brad. I've discussed this on another thread, but Tassigny supplies enough damage and is really tanky.

Firstly don’t attack Chuikov army, they will not move(I think),then just go south of Stalingrad and take out Govorov, for Stalingrad just snipe Zhukov with Karl SP and attack Zhukov with tanks, after that support the north and attack Saratov
