New guide board created and moving some threads.

As promised the boards have been renamed according to the wishes of voting members.
The War Council and The Round Table board names were the final picks!
Thanks for participating, a forum badge will be issued shortly for both members that got the suggested names accepted.
Now we are moving some of the reference threads,guides and other gems to the new board that's for [EW7 Guides&Libraries]. The moved threads dont have to be a full extended guides, even smaller mini-guides qualify as long as they have contain solid game info.
We will eventually consolidate some of this into libraries for ease of use.
If you feel a thread needs to be moved you can post here, either name the thread or link it and tag me or one of the staff.,
