The first level in the Conquering Germania side story
After turn 2, the enemy forces will retreat. Even before the retreat is announced, I make a effort to advance and defeat the enemy units. I pretty much just advanced forward and take their cities.
The Sugambri and Usipetes will switch sides once the roman general near their cities are killed. I wasn't aware of this, in hindsight I would try to avoid attracting the Sugambri and focus more on the roman general near their city. The Sugambri helped after by taking the south west city.
I completed this on turn 17 for 2 stars.
