I have some doubts about some conquest policies
Like:

Envoy Allies= 1 SPD but what does SPD means?

Technology Research: Tech increases by 1 each round. What does Tech means?

And the most important question

How does Diplomacy works?

for example Gaelic Kingdom was improving relations with me but when I annex Alba they start to decrease relations. Does the size of your kingdom matter? Or the Borders because when I Annex alba (by surrender) I get Armagh what makes me have a border with the gaelic kingdom.

I recall in such classic strategies as RTW, MTW etc. your relations with allied or neutral countries are automatically decreased as soon as you have a common border. It is a good way for AI to prevent an easy victory of a human player who is significantly better at diplomatic relations than AI.
