Can anyone at all help me with this problem? I’m hunting special weapons for my gold generals and I have a few already from the campaign, however when I click the silver shield next to Justinian and belisarius it just says “proof of honour” Next to the source, I’ve no idea what this means, the shop? A reward from something? Or just not released yet?

Press the button under triumphs, then honor and it should be there. Unfortunately for you, Justinians and Belisarius’ items are locked behind advanced rewards, which are IAP.
