Hi all,
I recently started playing EW7, and got Theordora. Her Administration is about a 40, and the administration stat is supposed to raise cities income and research policies faster.
Now, does anyone know how much the stats affect the increase in income and such?
At times, I worry if she actually isn't doing anything, and try moving her out of a city, but my income doesn't seem to change either.
Would appreciate if someone with keener eyes could shed some light on how administration works, thank you!

I'm not sure that Theodora is good general to buy since she is not needed unless you buy it for bonds which is maybe may not be worth it

I don't know maybe administration skills are important only in conquests, but I do kmow that Theodora is vital to complete some of daily tasks unless you don't have another general with high adm stats.
Example: 3 out of my 6 daily tasks (yesterday and today)I couldn't complete without Theodora's administration

I'm pretty sure that its 2 points for 1 percent with an remainder or 1 point for .5 percent, always rounding down Something I noticed was that my enemy also boosted my silver
