I want to snap my neck when I play this, Zhukov one shots everyone, and I can’t even get a city because Guderian takes everything

Erich von Manstein all your advice has caused me was me punching a hole in a piece of wood and pulverizing a punching bag

Then you'll need to adjust the tempo of your attack according to Guderian's progress. Occupy the oil fields along the way. If you think Guderian will take the city this turn, then do everything you can to take it ahead of him; if not, then don't attack with your full force or don't attack at all.

Don't insult Erich von Manstein like that (he's a senior moderator you know). Yes the campaign is hard, even I couldn't finish it without recruiting a general. This campaign allows you to try and test various strategies because of how big and unpredictable it is.

You will buy them eventually. Why not do conquests and missions as well? They help in raising HQ level.
