I'm looking forward to getting my next general and Justinian is a really appealing to me for a couple reasons but I'm looking for a second opinion here. I have Alfred, Robin Hood, dan Theodora as my purchased gens btw. Pros: -Great consul with high administration and lobbyists -Special heals cities by 30% -Has a skill that increasea damage against cities which I really like -Powerful generalist -Has a bond with Theodora Cons: -Weapon locked to IAP -Super expensive -Jack of all trades master of none Also can't add poll, me sad

Perhaps not the best damage dealer out there, but his overall damage is pretty solid

Can't you just mix units?

Mounted skirmishers often attack without retaliation plus they have an excellent dodge chance

Don't ground archers have better defense and hitpoints compared to mounted archers? In theory, perhaps. But mounted archers are more mobile, they attack more often, they are great at hit and run tactics and can easily escape hot spots.

Good point but I prefer to mix my units to get those extra legion effects.
