Seriously, have the developers not found a worthy alternative to Caesar in 1000 years of the Middle Ages?

It makes more sense for Caesar to be than King Arthur,Beowulf or Robin Hood.I mean at least Caesar existed.
maybe they want to do a Hero Legend.
