I'm stuck at this level. The enemy troops were too many and the reinforcements were too few and could do nothing. I can't protect the target and I can't destroy the target in the rear. Anyone have suggestions?

Same problem, many are focused at the beginning and there is no way to defend the point.

this game compared to other easytech games is less about strategy and more about just having strong generals/units/war gears. i did this using richard so it would be harder if you are f2p but should be possible, you need a strong general like alfred on noble cav with maxed unique item to spawn in, and use 2-3 other generals that will go to the back and take the cities. i recommend using theodora to reset alfred's skill so he can take cities faster, and bring another strong general for damage dealing like basil/roland, bring a healer general like adil too.
use your other generals and units to protect the target general, put either cav damage reduction or medical tent on the target general, put medical tent on alfred. like i said, if you've bought good generals, upgraded them and got good equipment, it matters more than strategy

Bro this was a nightmare, it took me so many serious attempts to finally get it right.. was stuck on it for almost a week.
I barely finished it with belisarius, aetius, basil II, and some bronze generals
I tried different tactics like sneaking from the top, sneaking from the bottom, focusing on the cities...
But all of them didn't help and I'd just recommend to put your target gen all the way in the back (everyone will come for him) and just do a full frontal assault and try to defeat the incoming horde of enemies.
Although I will say to leave the enemy charge gen for last so that the other enemy gen in the back will come to you and not retreat (which if he does, will make it basically impossible to get him on time... for f2p)
Good Luck!

Nah brother, I give up. You need to have very strong troops to be able to do something. I have already asked for several tips and they tell me to attack the city and then go for Louis. When I manage to capture the city my troops are weak enough to complete it (it is worth mentioning that the other general never dies). My only option is to pay to win.

Ah this one. It was kinda frustrating but I kinda 'hacked' it. First- kill off all the troops that are initially near the city, after that DO NOT engage with the troops incoming with the first gen, and go straight for the bottom city, where louis is. Don't worry about losing your city, as the forces just sat there and did nothing while my whole army went through the south and captured the southern city and killed louis. By killing louis first AND leaving the other general for last, they won't be able to call reinforcements and louis doesn't hide in the corner. Took me like 8-10 tries, but you must have a very strong cav general in order to do this tho + at least 1 heal gen. I did it with belisarius, Aeitus, Adil, Alfred and roland.

I find that sometimes Louis will also attack up but with his thick line. I can't reach Louis

"@ash123ah thanks, i comeplete this using this strategy. By the way you must put general in all given unit including one stak cavalary. Otherwise charging general will come too quickly.

If I try to go towards the south. All the enemy Army follows my William. And kill him (if I try to protect him all my Gens die and btw the enemy ignores the city) I waste like 20 War Drums only to kill Louis. And failed. :/ if I try to resist…….the same. Ah and Henry is useless.

And kill him (if I try to protect him all my Gens die and btw the enemy ignores the city) I waste like 20 War Drums only to kill Louis. And failed. :/ if I try to resist…….the same. Ah and Henry is useless. I left William with Totila and Athelfirth. They will engage whoever from the third wave dares to march. Besides my first run, the third wave consisting of troops ahead of the NE city hardly advances. Might be Louis' defeat, the fall of the SE city or certain units weren't defeated yet. I had to get close to draw out the enemy one by one, but they make change formation to shield the target unit. I had to commit William himself to attack because most of my gens were almost dead and I kept running out of time. Succeeded in the end.
Athelfirth on the two counter inf in the castle, Totila on the northern melee cav, John the Armenian on the souther melee cav, Aetius on the green halo, understrength Alfred the Great on the city's Lombardy Halberd, understrength Harold Hardrada on the existing melee inf, and Belisarius on his newly created unit.
Athelfirth to set fire to the northernmost first wave unit, Totila to hold and John to withdraw to gain troops. Alfred to head south around Aetius while the rest will form a line along the castle and attack the first wave. City and workshop to be upgraded and Belisarius to be deployed. Aetius and Alfred will circle to the south and close in on the outlying two-unit troops. The first wave should be wiped out by now and the second wave of troops from the SE city will advance. Leaving William with two escorts, Athelfirth and Totila, the rest will move towards the SE city. Remember to help any weakened units recover. Avoid sending charging cav against counter inf. Take the city, heal if possible and break down Louis' entourage. Move your army to surround Louis because those cav units aren't going down as easily as before. William and escorts to advance one tile eastward, drawing out one or two units. Use Athelfirth's skill as you move him southward to Louis. His fire attack would helps a lot in crippling the two target units. Army nearly wiped out and time running short? Send healthy bodies to wipe out the last target's guards. If Totila and William are still healthy and have access, use them to charge towards the last target.

Is Easytech known for lowering difficulty for a level? Because this one is hard to even with good generals (I think I have some), Roland Basil, Justinian, Alfred, Adil, Aetius, some others I forgot and coins generals. I'm going to ask Easytech just for the memes if they can make this level easier lol
