hi all, some of you in the mid game dont gain industry quickly. the only conquest you gain industry from are 1939 and 1975. for mid-gamers,1939 gives too little recourses and they cant get 1975. there are two ways:
1. build the wonders. its important to build christ the redeemer ASAP. you unlock it with completing 1939 in 65 rounds
complete list of industry wonders:
1. christ the redeemer.
unlock: 1939, gives: 15/60 days
2. borobodur
unlock: 1943, gives: 25/60 days
3. hagia sophia
unlock: WTO 6, gives: 35/60 days
4. angkor wat
unlock: air mission 22, gives: 50/60 days
2. playing korean war (WTO 1). you can complete this mission on gold star in only 4 rounds, so very quickly! you get 280 industry from it, this method is way quicker than 1939

Also run yellow missions. Not realistic for some early mid-gamers like me. The yellow missions are tagged to your HQ level (I assume). So... as the game goes on, it takes more work to gather medals than HQ levels...l. the requirements for a single mission balloons to something like 9 tank stars, 12 air stars, 6 shelter expert. Aaaaaand other than a couple of generals, you have the 3 eye-covered cmdrs that shouldn't be upgraded so soon anyway. I'm pretty sure by the time I have enough generals to fill 6 slots (not counting the little worthless cmdrs), the HQ levels will slow down and I will have something enough to achieve those yellow missions. Takes time to get there. |
