Daily reminder that Justinian has lobbyists, logistics expert and an IAP item. I know very few people that would fork over the $15 for the proof of honor. Olga has an F2P item, cheap cost, decent privilege, Hero Legend, Logistics Expert, Significant Infantry Capability, and Negotiation Expert is fantastic, almost (but not) as good as Lobbyist. |

Olga has an F2P item, cheap cost, decent privilege, Hero Legend, Logistics Expert, Significant Infantry Capability, and Negotiation Expert is fantastic, almost (but not) as good as Lobbyist. Olga is better when you're playing as a major power or in campaigns because of that thicc administration stat but lobbyists is absolutely valuable in most conquest scenarios since it let's you focus on the battlefield by negating any potential enemies and the need for gifts, also Olga is overall the worst IAP in the game with the worst privilege and exclusive unit with stiff competition such as Belisarius and Aetius who you get for free. |

Olga is good at the beginning of the conquest because of the high administration. Together with Caesar and Antonina, a rather high increase in income is obtained. I put it on the starting spearmen to defend the "motherland" while Richard takes the cities.
