Hello guys, how do i beat the conquest (Legend of the Vikings) i'm actually Western France right now. Try not to have more than one or two enemies at a time and try quickly to expand your territory at the expense of your neighbors. Make sure that your first general you can call up for free in a tavern is really powerful and has your best troops.

Make sure that Middle France remains neutral until Brittany is conquered. Then try to collaborate with Eastern France and defeat Middle France. Eastern France is your long-term ally, try not to piss them off without necessity. After Middle France is conquered just concentrate all your efforts on beating Denmark and Vikings. Don't be involved in Albion affairs too heavily, just try to make as many allies there as possible.

1. Blitzkrieg in Brittany. 2. An alliance with Eastern France and a joint attack on central France (they usually start fighting at 10 - 15 moves). 3. Reflection of the Great Viking Army (15 move), invasion of Britain. Perhaps an alliance with Scotland or Ireland. 4. The destruction of Denmark and the Vikings after the 20th move. Two options: survive the spam and then attack, or immediately attack, bypassing the spam from the north or south.

If you have Justinian or any Consul that raises Diplomatic points per turn, they really help a lot.
East Francia, with support, can take out the West Slavs, withstand the Viking-Danish invasions and attack Middle Francia. As suggested above, an alliance would be prudent.
The above comments have suggested forging other alliances and minimising the number of enemies. The Gaelic Kingdom, with early intervention, is likely to drive out the Vikings and Alba. Northumbria will always collapse and Alba usually expands while the Gaelic kingdom is recovering, if it survived. Mercia and East Anglia usually collapse, but East Anglia may survive if the Vikings and Danish head towards you instead. War with Wessex should be held off or avoided. A local power that will cripple Gwynedd and destroy Mercia.
Your likely candidates are Wessex (if you are not at war), Alba and/or Gaelic Kingdom, and East Francia.

If you take the danish capital they will have a 100% surrender chance so bypass the horde and capture the capital and then focus on taking the nearby viking cities
