I have a few questions on farming commander experience. 1. If I have this farming save where i get a standard general ( like Benigsen in europe 1815) he's a standard general there. If I later purchase him from headquarters or get him in a campaign somewhere. Will the farming done with him have effect or does that only work with your own generals? 2. In european-war-4.boards.net/thread/5/grinding-medals-rank-updated-pics there is a technique for this farming. I see that Prussia has been turned neutral in the pic. In my save England attacks France. What do I do? Will it interfere with my farming? 3. Is it ok to attack troops with the armored cavalry or do I attack them only with my generals? 4. Does it matter what troop finishes the troop in the city? Or is general experience all about damage in general? 5. What to do about the troops attacking the outside of the formation? They come from far towns, not from the surrounded towns. 6. My troops receive damage, they lose performance that way. General troops regen health when giving them rest but normal troops don't (I think). What to do about this? If I keep spawning new ones I will eventually get food problems right? (Update) I now have everything in place according to the tactic mentioned above by Saltkin. Works pretty ok. Good medal results and great headquarter refreshes! I don't see amy improvement on the generals rank or nobility though. I damage and finish a lot of troops with my princess Sophia but she does 't improve. I took two photos with about an hour of grinding in between them and saw no difference in how far the bar is on the half circle. How could this be?

1. The Campaign and Headquarter Beningson are both separate entity should you appoint the latter to the map. For example if I get a kill with the campaign variant, it will have no exp effect on the Beningson you purchase.
2. As long as England doesnβt capture even more of the French cities and leaves some towns to you, you should be good.

It only works with your general. 2. It will, but not so much if you complete surround the French cities and turn it into a spawner grind. 3. To grind for medals, doesn't matter; to grind for rank experience, you only attack with generals; to grind for nobility experience, you kill with generals. 4. For rank, no. For nobility, yes. Rank experience is just about damage. 5. Either leave them alone or extend your formation. 6. Just keep attacking with them until they die, that should save you some food. As a side note, I don't think the method using is efficient. You'd better look for other alternatives.
