Was it grayed out for you? I would recommend making a save for it to the cloud and load it and then wait 24 hours.

I have the same issue, I go to watch an ad and when I click watch nothing happens. You are not the only one this is happening to. ππ²πΌπͺπ΄πͺ, This solution does work sometimes for at least a day |

Refresh app? Do I uninstall and reinstall after cloudsave? I may not remember my login.
And my wifi goes out 9n occasion on its own.
