Map editor skill/medal addition [WC4]

Interested if someone here know how to add medal or skill to general using only map editor? Of course i can add them using hex editor, but it will be much easier if it is possible in map editor.
I tried all keyboard keys in army mode but i don't even see an option to add medals or skills.
If someone knows answer here please  Really hope this option exists, just cant find it
